Born and raised in a small mining town in South Africa. I was determined to get more out of life. I felt I had to work really hard, and success didn’t always come easy. I’ve been in your shoes, often feeling stuck, overworked, stressed, and unrecognised.

But I knew in my heart there had to be an easier, more fulfilling way. And when I started showing up as the real me, everything changed - in my relationships, my career and life. People started to notice me in a new way. I had more confidence, influence and impact in a way that actually felt good to me.

Being true to myself sometimes meant big changes, like deciding moving to the UK from South Africa and leaving my successful corporate job as Head of Marketing for one of the world’s biggest and most successful companies to start my own business.

As a senior leader and manager of teams I noticed so many women struggling with the same things I had to overcome. This inspired me to create my coaching business to share what I’ve learned through years of my own personal development with other women. So they can get more out of life and uplift others to create a better places to work for everyone.

I’m a Transformational Coach and EFT Tapping Practitioner, meaning I work with you on a much deeper level than just goal setting. I also help you with the mind body connection and clearing deep subconscious blocks that’s keeping you stuck. So you can have lasting changes.
